ABOUT OUR CANVAS ART

  • our canvas prints are sourced from major publishers in the US, Canada and Europe or printed in house
  • the inks used are non-toxic, archival inks that serve to protect them from fading
  • our canvases are artist grade and stretched over real wood stretcher bars
  • our ready-to-hang canvases come with attached hanging hardware
  • all stretching and finishing is done in the United States

CANVAS STYLES

  • Canvases Stretched for Framing are stretched on 3/4 inch thick stretcher bars. They are designed to be placed into a frame.
  • Gallery Wrapped Canvases are stretched on 1.5 inch thick stretcher bars and have attached hanging hardware. The sides of the stretched canvas are made to appear as if the artwork continues over the edge of the stretcher bars.
  • Museum Wrapped Canvases are similar to Gallery Wrapped Canvases except that the sides are finished in solid black.
  • Roll Canvases are unstretched canvases which we ship in a tube. They typically have at least 2 inches of raw canvas on all sides of the artwork for eventual stretching.

ABOUT OUR ART ON ALUMINUM

  • art prints are first sealed on their face with a microthin non-glare laminate and then permanently mounted onto 3 mm thick aluminum composite material
  • a hidden frame is permanently attached to the back along with hanging hardware.
  • the hidden frame serves to prevent any warping of the aluminum composite and to allow the artwork to stand away from the wall as though it was floating.
