We accept returns within 15 days from the time that your artwork has been delivered.

We ask that you return the artwork in the same condition that you received it, preferably in its original packaging.

You are responsible for the return shipping fees. We do not charge a restocking fee.


Upon receipt and inspection of your returned artwork, we shall notify you by email and issue a refund assuming the artwork was returned in a condition suitable for resale. Should there be an issue regarding the condition of the artwork, we shall contact you to discuss any refunds.

Refunds are typically processed within 7 days. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.


Exchanges are processed in much the same way as a refund. Once your artwork has been returned, we will process a refund and you can then create an order for your replacement artwork.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please provide us with the tracking number for your shipment so we know that it has shipped and when we can expect to receive it.

If you are returning items over $100, you may wish to consider shipping insurance in the event that your package is damaged or lost.
